电致变色器件在信息显示器、电致变色玻璃(智能窗,Smart window)、电色信息存储器、无眩反光镜、军事伪装等领域具有巨大的潜在应用价值.采用循环扫描伏安法在金属化柔性基底上聚合制备了聚苯胺(PAN)膜,考察了不同基底PAN膜的聚合行为;设计并制备了基于柔性基底的反射型柔性电致变色器件,检验了该器件反射光谱的电压响应特性.结果表明,研制的柔性基底反射型柔性电致变色器件的反射率及其峰值随着外加电压的改变而变化,表现出较好的电压响应特性.

Electrochromic devices possess great potential application value in the fields of information display,smart window,electrochromism information memorizer,glare- free mirror,military camouflage and so on.Polyaniline (PAN) films are polymerized on a metallized flexible polyester substrate layer by cyclic voltammetry,and the voltage response curves of the device are measured.The results show that the device based on PAN film shows good voltage response,and its reflectivity and peak value varies with the controling voltage
