采用化学沉积法在 AZ31镁合金基体表面制备了钙磷涂层。利用 X 射线衍射仪和扫描电镜分析了涂层的相组成和形貌。通过电化学噪声技术原位研究了涂层的化学沉积过程及其在生理盐水中腐蚀行为。结果表明,经过3 h 的化学沉积可在 AZ31基体上生成致密的二水合磷酸氢钙(DCPD)晶体涂层。涂层试样的腐蚀速率明显小于AZ31基体的腐蚀速率。AZ31基体在生理盐水中在较短的时间内会发生明显的局部腐蚀,腐蚀形态是以分散分布的多个腐蚀点的形式出现。涂层试样在生理盐水中经较长时间浸泡会发生局部腐蚀,腐蚀沿着打磨痕迹的方向发展,同时先前的局部腐蚀区域则停止发展。

A calcium phosphate coating was prepared on AZ31 magnesium alloy surface by chemical deposition.The morphology and phase constitution of the coating was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffractometer.The chemical deposition process and corrosion behavior of the coating in normal saline was in-situ investigated by electrochemical noise technique.The results showed that a compact calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate (DCPD)coating was formed on AZ31 substrate after deposition for 3 h.The corrosion rate of the coated sample was obviously less than that of AZ31 substrate.Localized corrosion occurred on AZ31 substrate in a short period and several pits were observed.It took relative long time for the coated sample to suffer localized corrosion. Corrosion developed along the grinding trace,meanwhile the initial corrosion area stoped to develop.
