通过对精炼炉渣和粉煤灰的分析,确定了其作为低浓度烧结烟气吸附剂的可能性。提出了一种微波加热精炼炉渣和粉煤灰制作低浓度烧结烟气吸附剂的新方法。实验结果表明,微波加热后的吸附剂在脱硫、脱氮效率上有了很大的提高,脱硫率和脱氮率最高为53.8%和53.6%。

According to the results of analysis of refining slag and coal ash , it is possible to use them as absorbent for low concentration sintering flue gas.A new method of preparing such absorbent by microwave heating was tested. Experimental results show that the absorbent has better desulfurization and denification capacity after microwave heating,with maximum desulphurization and denification rate of 53.8% and 53.6% respectively.
