利用微波吸收介电谱检测技术测得了不同染料吸附量条件下立方体氯化银微晶的光电子衰减曲线,发现随着染料吸附量的增多,光电子的衰减速率变快,且不是一个单凋变化过程.光电子衰减的微观动力学分析表明,染料吸附存在着聚集体吸附和单分子态吸附两种情形,聚集体吸附使得微晶中的填隙银离子增多,从而增加了微晶外部的深电子陷阱,使光电子衰减变快;染料单分子态的吸附起修饰微晶表面能级的作用,从而减少了微晶外部的深电子陷阱,使光电子衰减变慢.
