以LaCl3·7H2O和Na2S2O3·5H2O为前驱物,采用微波水热法制备La2S3微晶,研究了溶液pH值对产物相组成及显微结构的影响.采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、紫外-可见吸收光谱(UV-vis)以及室温光致发光光谱(PL)对La2S3微晶进行了表征.结果表明:在溶液pH值为3~8时,产物物相为β-La2S3;La2S3微晶为由纳米片自组装的结构;所制备的La2S3微晶具有较强的紫外吸收特性;La2S3微晶在紫外光的激发下有较好的蓝绿光发射性能.
