在相同装药结构与装药量的情况下,对新型非金属Tc材料和传统金属材料破片的毁伤效能及附带杀伤距离进行研究,并研究了两种材料的的杀伤比动能与距离的变化规律。采用LS-DYNA软件进行数值模拟仿真,对两种材料的初速进行对比,并对新型Tc材料的毁伤威力过程进行研究。结果表明,近距离时Tc球形破片杀伤动能比钢破片高,并且其衰减剧烈,远距离时的附带杀伤很小,因此Tc材料球形破片更适用于低附带毁伤弹药。

With new nonmetal Tc materials comparing with traditional metal materials,under the same condition of charge structure and content,the damage efficiency and attendant destruction distance were studied with two kinds of fragment material. The change law of specific kinetic energy with distance was experimentally studied. The velocity of two kinds of material was compared,and the destructive power of the new Tc material was studied using LS-DYNA software. Results show that within close distance,the killing kinetic energy of Tc spherical fragment is higher than that of steel,and its attenuation is severe,collateral damage for long distance is very small,so the spherical fragment ammunition of Tc material is more suitable to the low collateral damage.
