基于RH精炼装置内流场,建立了一个研究夹杂物聚合与去除行为的三维数学模型.数值结果表明,夹杂物在钢包内上升管左侧存在一个侧V型分布,上升管下方及下降管右侧均存在大的环状分布;夹杂物质量分数和数量密度具有相似的空间分布;钢包内夹杂物的平均数量密度及质量分数大于真空室内的平均值;夹杂物在气液两相区质量分数较低;整个过程前400 S夹杂物去除最快,900 S后可去除大部分夹杂物.

On the basis of flow field in RH degasser,a three-dimensional mathematical model was developed to study the coalescence and removal of inclusions.The numerical results indicate that the inclusion exhibites lying V distribution on the left of the uphill snorkel in the ladle.Large annular distribution of inclusion can be found under the uphill snorkel and on the right side of the down-coming snorkel in ladle.The inclusion number density and mass fraction have the similar distribution in the RH degasser.The average number density and mass fraction in ladle is larger than that in the vacuum chamber.The inclusion mass fraction of two-phase domain is very low.The inclusion removal rate is the greatest in the first 400 s,and most of the inclusions can be removed in 900 S.
