采用电化学噪声方法对敏化态304不锈钢在0.5mol/LNa2&O3溶液的慢速率拉伸过程的腐蚀进行检测,同时得到腐蚀过程的电位与电流变化曲线,试验后试样表面出现了多处应力腐蚀裂纹。分别采用时域谱、频域谱及小波分解分析电流噪声数据,表明腐蚀过程经历了应力腐蚀裂纹萌生与裂纹扩展的过程。根据多种电化学噪声谱图及小波分解后的能量分布变化可以区分应力腐蚀过程的不同阶段。本工作为现场腐蚀检测奠定了一定基础。

The corrosion behaviors of sensitized 304 SS were studied in 0. 5 mol/L Nae2O3 solution under slow strain-rate-testing (SSRT) condition by electrochemical noise (EN). The electrochemical voltage and current noise were measured simultaneously in the zero resistance ammeter (ZRA) mode. There were several cracks at the surface of the specimen. In order to characterize the stress corrosion cracking (SCC) processes of sensitized 304SS, time analysis of the current data along with the spectral estimation that the using (FFT) method and Wavelet analysis gave useful information of these corrosion processes. The results showed SCC processes consisted of crack initiation and crack propagation. According to the varieties of spectrums in time, frequency domain and current energy distribution by wavelets analysis, the different state can be distinguished. The present work contribute to the research of indicator for real-time detection of SCC in plant.
