高级检索

采用顶部热籽晶技术和"二步冷却"的生长工艺,并通过在前驱物中加入BaCuO2-δ,在空气中制备出了高性能的Gd-Ba-Cu-O单畴熔融织构高温超导块材.其与国际上常用的OCMG工艺制备出的高温超导熔融织构样品处在同一水平.系统研究了制备工艺、BaCuO2-δ含量、Gd211含量以及高温Ar气氛退火(ArPA)对Gd-Ba-Cu-O单畴熔融织构样品超导性能的影响.
