通过甘氨酸-硝酸盐法(GNP)制备了(Y2O3)0.02-(Sc2O3)0.11-(ZrO2)0.87(2Y-11ScSZ)超细粉体.研究了不同甘氨酸用量对粉体相结构和形貌的影响.然后采用流延成型方法制备薄膜样品,讨论不同烧结温度对样品的影响.实验结果表明:2%物质的量浓度Y2O3的添加能稳定1ScSZ在立方相结构.随着甘氨酸用量的增加,粉体粒径逐渐增大.确定了烧结样品在1300℃即可达到致密化.
