采用挂片失重法研究了油田采出水对A3钢腐蚀试片腐蚀速率的影响;对过滤前后的油田采出水分别进行了静态腐蚀试验;向过滤后的油田采出水加入不同浓度的阴离子型聚丙烯酰胺、石油磺酸盐和甲醛所配制成的高/低浓度模拟水样,分别进行了静态和动态腐蚀试验。结果表明,流速和水样中含有的悬浮颗粒是影响腐蚀速率的重要因素。

Coupon weight loss tests were used to study the corrosion rates of A3 steel in produced liquids. Static corrosion tests were carried out in unfiltered water and filtered water. Static and dynamic corrosion tests were carried out in the filtered water with additions of different concentrations of anionic polyacrylamide, petroleum sulfonate and formaldehyde respectively. The results show that the flow rate and suspended particles in water samples were the important influencing factors for corrosion.
