采用丝束电极方法研究了防锈油防锈剂的添加量对防锈油膜不均匀性的影响. 结果表明:防锈剂的添加量不影响防锈油膜腐蚀电位分布和阳极极化电阻Ra分布所遵从的分布规律; 但对防锈油膜腐蚀电位的分布区间和极化电阻分布区间具有很大的影响. 而且, 随着防锈剂的增加, 阴极极化电阻Rc分布从不连续二项分布转变为连续正态分布.
As an extension of a previous study, the effect of the addition amount of antirust agent in an antirust oil on inhomogeneity of temporary antirust oil films was studied in the present paper. It has been found that the addition amount of antirust agent does not affect the heterogeneous distribution of corrosion potential and anodic polarization resistance (Ra) of oil films. However, it changes the distribution range of polarization resistance and corrosion potentials. With increasing concentration of antirust agent, the distribution of cathodic polarization resistance (Rc) of oil films transforms from a discontinuous binomial probability distribution to a continuous normal probability distribution.
