用示差扫描热分析仪(DSC)和光学显微镜系统研究了Ni含量对TiNi形状记忆合金R相和M相相变温度(T_R,T_M),相变热(△H_R,△H_M),热滞(△Θ_R,△Θ_M)的影响。结果表明:在加热和冷却过程中,Ti-33.3%Ni和Ti-75.0%Ni(均为原子分数,%)不发生相变;T_M,△Θ_M,△H_M和△H_R是Ni含量的函数;T_R和△Θ_R基本为一定值,与Ni含量无关。

The effects of Ni content on the transformation temperature (T_R,T_M), transformation heat (△H_R,△H_M), hysteresis(△Θ_R,△Θ_M) of martensite (M) and rhomboheddrel (R)transformation in Ti-(33.3-75.0)% Ni alloys have been investigated systematically by DSC and optical microscopy. It has been confirmed that there are no transformations during cooling and heating processes in Ti_2Ni(Ti-33.3%Ni) and TiNi_3(Ti-75.0%Ni) alloys; T_M, △Θ_M,△H_M and △H_R are functions of Ni content; T_R and △Θ_R are constant and almost independent of Ni content.
