采用粉末冶金、挤恪工艺制备了碳纳米管增强银基(Ag-CNTs(5%,体积比))复合材料丝材,并研究了其导电率、抗拉强度、硬度等物理性能。结果表明,采用混合酸处理可有效改善CNTs的分散性,CNTs表面的银镀层改善了CNTs与Ag基体间的界面结合以及复合材料的致密性,保证了材料的良好加工性能。与纯Ag相比,Ag-CNTs复合材料电阻率提高了30%,而抗拉强度提高了43%,硬度提高了近1倍,说明CNTs起到了较好的增强作用。

Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) reinforced Ag (Ag-CNTs (5% vol)) composite wire was fabricated by powder metallurgy and extrusion process. Then electrical conductivity, tensile strength, and hardness of the wires were studied. The results indicate that the CNTs could be effectively dispersed after the treatment of mixed acid. The interfacial bonding between Ag matrix and CNTs as well as the compactness of the Ag-CNTs composite was improved by the Ag coating on the CNTs, thus processability of the composite can be ensured. Compared with pure Ag, the Ag-CNTs composite presented an increase in electrical resistivity, tensile strength and hardness by 30%, 43% and nearly 100%, respectively, indicating the good reinforcement effect of CNTs.
