利用电刷镀方法在45钢上制备了镍-碳纳米管(CNTs)复合镀层,并对其组织形貌、孔隙率、显微硬度和磨损性能进行了探讨.结果表明,碳纳米管的加入改善了镀层的组织形貌,使得晶粒更加细密、均匀,镀层表面粗糙度更小.当CNTs质量浓度为2 g/L时,镀层厚度达到最高,为0.38 μm;孔隙率最小,为0.3个/cm2;显微硬度最大,为680HV;磨损质量损失最小,减少量为25.6%.
