利用喷涂沉淀法对聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)膜进行表面改性,考察了喷涂液中纳米粒子(NP)的浓度和纳米粒子与胶粘剂(PDMS)的质量比对聚偏氟乙烯改性膜性能的影响.测定了改性前后聚偏氟乙烯膜的表面接触角以及膜的结构变化,并研究了膜的抗润湿和抗污染性能.结果表明,当喷涂液中纳米粒子的质量浓度为1%,纳米粒子与胶粘剂的质量比为4:5时,膜表面接触角从102°提高到156°.在直接接触式膜蒸馏实验中,改性膜的抗润湿性能和抗污染性能均较改性前有较大的提高.
