简要分析了二氧化钛光催化中价电子转移过程,即价电子跃迁和电子空穴复合过程,指出价电子转移过程的变化必然引起TiO2光催化效率的变化,重点说明了改变电子受体的种类、半导体表面改性、重金属表面改性、阴离子掺杂和金属离子掺杂等方法的具体原理,进一步探讨了价电子转移过程同光催化效率之间的关系.
