采用不同的等温淬火工艺对系泊链钢进行残余奥氏体控制,然后通过XRD测定其残余奥氏体含量,并利用TEM观察残余奥氏体形貌,再通过电化学测定极化曲线的方法研究残余奥氏体含量对系泊链钢腐蚀性能的影响.结果表明,通过等温淬火试验钢可以获得质量分数大于5%的残余奥氏体,并随着等温温度升高,薄膜状的残余奥氏体有断开的趋势,残余奥氏体含量的增加可以提高钢的耐腐蚀性能.
