大庆油田采油五厂杏南地区集输管线腐蚀严重,频繁穿孔。通过离子分析、细菌分析、腐蚀速率检测等分析手段,并结合现场生产实际,认为管线腐蚀穿孔的原因为:水中的硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)以及Cl-、HCO3-等腐蚀性离子的侵蚀作用共同引起的垢下腐蚀。

Gathering and transportation pipelines corrode seriously in Xingnan Region of the Fifth Daqing Oil Factory, and pipeline perforation occurred frequently. Testing methods such as ion component analysis, bacteria analysis and corrosion velocity detection combined with the practical production analysis were used to study the corrosive perforations reasons of the gathering and transportation pipelines. It is concluded that the perforation resulted from underscale corrosion induced by SRB, Cl-, HCO3-, etc.
