采用溶液共混法制备了聚乙烯醇/明胶(PVA/gelatin)生物复合膜,研究了三种不同的物理和化学交联法(戊二醛(GTA)蒸汽、紫外(UV)照射和干燥脱水交联)对其溶胀性能的影响。结果表明,三种交联方式都能有效地降低其平衡溶胀度,改善其耐水性。戊二醛蒸汽交联对复合材料溶胀性能的影响最大,其中明胶组分的交联是影响PVA/gelatin复合材料溶胀性能的主要因素。对PVA/gelatin复合材料溶胀动力学研究发现,表征材料溶胀类型的特征指数n值在0.51.0之间,表明水分子在PVA/gelatin材料中的扩散是非菲克型扩散,交联可以使其n值增大。

After being prepared by solution blending,the poly(vinyl alcohol)/gelatin bio-composite films were crosslinked by three kinds of methods,i.e.,glutaraldehyde(GTA) steam,ultraviolet(UV) irradiation,and dry-heated.The influence of crosslinking methods on the swelling properties of the composite films was studied from viewpoint of swelling behavior.It is found that the equilibrium swelling degree(We) is significantly decreased by all the three kinds of crosslinking,and the water resistance of the composite films is improved.GTA steam crosslinking may efficiently decrease the equilibrium swelling degree of the composite films,and gelatin crosslinking is the main factor affecting the swelling properties of the composites.The specific index n,which is related to the diffusion type,is increased by crosslinking.The value of n before and after crosslinking is between 0.5 and 1.0,indicating a non-Fickian diffusion type.
