利用ANSYS/LSDYNA有限元分析软件,建立了立轧平轧的三维弹塑性有限元模型。研究了热轧带钢粗轧阶段不同的立辊侧压量、水平辊压下量、板坯的原始宽度和厚度对轧后中间坯头、尾部失宽量的影响,据此建立了新的控制头尾失宽的短行程控制曲线模型,并成功应用于现场自动宽度控制(AWC)系统中。通过轧件全长宽度与目标宽度的现场实测偏差可知,新的短行程控制模型能够有效减小轧件头尾失宽量,从而减少切除损失。

A 3D elasticplastic finite element model for edgerhorizontal rolling is established using ANSYS/LSDYNA. The effect of different edger rolling, different horizontal rolling, different width and different thickness on the width reductions of the strip head and tail ends in the period of rough rolling of hot rolled strip has been studied. A new model of Short Stroke Control has been developed by the contour of the width reductions, which has been applied to the Automatic Width Control (AWC) system successfully. The measured width deviation of full length width and set value of one bar have been investigated, and the result shows that the width reductions can be reduced, then small crop losses can be produced by the model of Short Stroke Control.
