提出了PC热带钢连轧机板凸度和板形的控制原则,确定了弯辊力与交叉角配合的控制策略,并利用所建立的交叉角优化计算模型和实测数据对上海宝山钢铁(集团)公司1580 PC热连轧机现场轧制的5块带钢进行了成品板凸度、交叉角及弯辊力最佳设定的计算。计算结果表明,成品板凸度的计算值与实测值吻合很好;交叉角优化后,在仍保持板形良好的情况下,成品板的凸度较优化前有不同程度的减小,这说明交叉角优化效果较明显。

The control principle for profile and flatness of PC hot strip mills was put forward, and the control strategy of bending force and cross angle was established. Using the established cross angle optimal calculation model and measured data, the calculation of profile and optimal setup of bending force and cross angle for five steel strips on the spot of 1580 hot strip mill were conducted. The calculation results showed that the calculation values fit well with the measured one. Under the circumstance of keeping good flatness, the crown of the rolled strip was reduced to some extent compared with non-optimal one, which shows the effectiveness of optimal model.
