目的:研究对比脉冲电流与直流电流阴极保护效果。方法采用挂片法,在NaCl溶液中,对Q235钢在电源输出电压为4.02 V(直流阴极保护电位为0.95 V)时,对比直流电流和脉冲电流阴极保护条件下的保护效果。结果电源输出功率相同时,脉冲电流可以获得更好的保护效果和较小的平均电流消耗;随着保护时间的推移,脉冲电流在不同参数条件下,阴极保护电位都会越来越负。结论高频率下,脉冲电流保护效果比直流电流的保护效果好;若要提高保护效果和降低电流消耗,应选择中间范围的占空比、较高的频率,并且优先调整频率。

ABSTRACT:Objective To study and compare the cathodic protection effect of pulse current and DC current. Methods The plate hanging method was used to contrast the cathodic protection effect of pulse current and DC current on Q235 steel in NaCl solution when the power output voltage was 4. 02 V (DC cathodic protection potential was 0. 95 V). Results Under the same power output condition, pulse current had better protection effect and lower power consumption. As time went on, under different pulse current parameter conditions, the cathodic protection potential became more and more negative. Conclusion Under the terms of high fre-quency, pulse current had better protection effect than DC current. To simultaneously improve the protection effect and decrease the power consumption, middle range of duty ratio, high frequency and priority adjustment of frequency should be adopted.
