以PA6为基体,鳞片石墨、碳化硅晶须、Al2O3颗粒三元复配填料为导热填料,经双螺杆挤出机熔融共混,模压成型制得导热绝缘复合材料.用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、导热分析仪、超高电阻微电流测试仪和热重分析仪(TGA)对复合材料的微观形貌、导热性能、绝缘性能和热稳定性能进行了表征.结果表明,导热填料均匀分散在聚合物基体中,形成导热网络.随着三元复配填料用量的增加,复合材料热导率升高,表面电阻率和体积电阻率下降,起始分解温度逐渐上升.填料用量为50%(质量分数)时,复合材料的热导率、体积电阻率、起始分解温度分别为1.407W/(m·K)、1.03×1011Ω· cm、344℃.
