以45#钢为考察对象,通过对钢液中非金属夹杂物去除的理论分析,研究12CaO•7Al2O3精炼渣去除夹杂的性能。结果表明:12CaO•7Al2O3精炼渣不仅能够吸收大量的铝脱氧产物-Al2O3,而且增大了夹杂物的半径,对钢液夹杂物的排除有很好的效果。

This paper took 45# as the sample, refining performance of 12CaO•7Al2O3 was studied, which under theoretical analysis of removing non-metallic inclusions in liquid steel. The testing result showed that refining slag 12CaO•7Al2O3 could not only absorb huge amount of aluminum deoxidation product, but also enlarge the radius of inclusions, and which would be good to inclusion removal as well.
