本文运用交流阻抗特征频率法对海军舰用环氧树脂添加铝粉涂料配方进行评价和筛选,探讨了铝粉的不同添加量对涂层性能的影响。实验结果证明特征频率法是一种简捷、快速、有效的评价涂层防护性能的方法,表明了适量添加铝粉能够极大地改善涂层的防护性能,铝粉的最佳添加量为15%-20%(体积百分比)。
