以蔗糖为碳源,硅酸钠为硅源,盐酸为酸度调节剂,硫酸为催化剂,通过简单的溶胶-凝胶过程和碳热还原法,快速合成出比表面积为159m2/g的碳化硅(SiC)。并以其作为载体,制备负载型Pd/SiC催化剂,研究其在CO和C3H6氧化反应中的催化活性。结果表明当Pd负载量为0.45%(质量分数)时,所制备的催化剂具有较高的活性,其中CO的最低完全转化温度为230℃,C3H6的最低完全转化温度为235℃。

Silicon carbide(SiC) with a surface area of 159m2/g was speedy synthesized by a simple sol-gel process and carbothermal reduction method.In this method,the cheap sodium silicate and sucrose were used as silicon resource and carbon resource,respectively.Meanwhile,HCl was used as acidity regulator while H2SO4 acted as catalyst.Then the Pd/SiC catalyst was prepared by incipient impregnation for the investigation of oxidation on CO and C3H6.The result showed that the catalyst loaded 0.45wt% Pd exhibited relatively high catalyst activity,and the lowest complete conversion temperature of CO was 230℃ and C3H6 was 235℃.
