在准二维电解槽中,以0.35 mol/L Pb(BF4)2+0.35 mol/LSn(BF4)2溶液为电解质,研究了电沉积Pb0.5Sn0.5合金的生长机理.通过分析沉积物的微观形貌.显微结构和化学成分,发现Pb0.5Sn0.5合金的生长经历了饼状结构到粗大的枝状结构再到致密结构的转变.实验结果表明,这些形态的变化源于电解槽中离子输送机制的改变.此外,由于沉积物不规则的形状及氢气的产生,生长界面上电流密度会发生改变,从而形成了具有非均匀成分的层状微观结构.
