采用溶液燃烧法成功制备了高发光效率的纳米BaMgAl10O17:Eu2+(BAM)蓝色荧光粉,着重研究了点燃温度对BAM形貌、晶体结构和发光性能的影响.结果表明,在较低的点燃温度时,反应启动慢,燃烧不充分,合成的产物含有杂相且发光性能低;而点燃温度太高又导致产物颗粒烧结严重、团聚度增加且颗粒形貌变差.溶液的最佳点燃温度为600℃,此时能合成纯相BAM,且产物的形貌规整、颗粒尺寸分布窄,发光性能优良.
