利用HM-100型高温金相显微镜,对12Cr2MoWVTiB钢进行了γ→β相变的动态观察。研究了贝氏体栏框的铁素体针顺次生长规律。根据晶体学分析,提出了一个有关贝氏体栏框形成的多滑移转换模型。

By means of HM-100 hot-stage microscopy, the in situ observation of γ→β trans-formation in steel 12Cr2MoWVTiB has been carried out The sequence of the growth of ferriticneedles composing bainitic basket has also been determined. A multislip system transform modelconcerning the formation of basket has been proposed.
