冷轧带钢表面附有油脂、铁粉等大量污染物,需要通过脱脂去除,因此评价脱脂剂的使用性能对脱脂剂的合理应用具有重要意义。为此建立了冷轧产品用脱脂剂与生产现场实际使用密切相关的脱脂性能、起泡性能、油污吸附性能、漂洗性能等的实验室综合评价试验方法,以期为脱脂剂的正确使用提供技术支持。利用上述方法对三种脱脂剂进行了性能评价,结果表明,2#脱脂剂具有优良的综合使用性能。

A large volume of contaminants such as greaser and iron power etc exist on the surface of cold-rolled steel sheets,and need to be removed by degeasing.Therefore,the performance evaluation of degreasers is very important to degreaser application.The evaluation methods for comprehensive properties connected closely with the practiced application of degreasers were established,which could offer technical support for degreaser application.Performance of three kinds of degreaser was estimated via methods mentioned above.Results showed that 2# degreaser exhibited superior comprehensive properties for application.
