本工作用腐蚀失重和化学分析方法研究了铁在0.5~2N 氨基磺酸溶液中,在25~70℃条件下的腐蚀速率。根据这些腐蚀速率数据,利用 Mathur 提出的经验公式计算出铁在氨基磺酸溶液中腐蚀反应的动力学参数 K、B、E 和 A。把这些动力学参数同 Mathur 在 H_2SO_4、H_3PO_4、HCI 溶液中得到的动力学参数进行比较。结果表明,铁在所有四种酸中腐蚀时的能量障碍完全相同,而动力学参数 K.B 和 A 则随着酸种类的不同和酸浓度的变化而显著变化。铁在酸中的实际腐蚀速率是所有这些动力学参数综合效应的结果。在低浓度(0.5~2.0N)范围内,铁在氨基磺酸溶液中的腐蚀速率仅仅比在硫酸溶液中低,而比在磷酸和盐酸溶液中都要高。

The corrosion rates of iron in 0.5~2N sulfamic acid of 25~70℃ are investigated by the conventional gravimetric method and by chemical analysis, Based on the experimental data,the several kinetic parameters of iron in sulfamic acid have been calculated,such as rate constant(K),activation energy(E),frequency factor(A)and another constant(B),with the empericat equation put forward by Mathur.Comparing them with the results, of rion in H_2SO_4, H_3PO_4,and HCl,it is found that energy barrier of corrosion reactions in all four acids is almost the same and so the effect of temperature on these reactions is similar.On the other hand,the values of K, B and A change markedly with type and concentration of acid.The corrosion rate of iron is influenced by the multiple effect of the magnitudes of various kinetic parameters.Corrosion rates of iron in sulfamic acid are smaller than those in H_2SO_4,but larger than those in H_3PO_4 or HCl.
