借助OM、TEM、XRD和热膨胀等检测方法,研究了退火温度对Ti-IF的组织、析出物和织构的影响。研究表明,随着退火温度的升高,再结晶越完全,同时析出物的数量越少,尺寸越粗大,则阻碍γ织构(〈111〉//ND)发展的作用就越弱,形成γ织构(〈111〉//ND)的取向强度和所占比例就越高,深冲性能就越好。

Influence of annealing temperature on mierostructure, precipitates and texture in Ti-IF steel were investigated by means of optical microscope(OM), transmission electron microscopy(TEM), X-ray diffraction(XRD) and thermal expansion. The results show that recrystallization is developed more completely and precipitates become coarser and less with increasing annealing temperature, and the larger precipitates can facilitate the development of 31 texture ( 〈 1 1 1 〉//ND). Therefore, by increasing the annealing temperature, the orientation density and the proportion of γtexture ( 〈 1 1 1 〉//ND) formed are all increased. As a result the deep-drawing property of the steel becomes better.
