用透射电子显微镜和JMatPro模拟软件,对T92钢在650℃,120MPa条件下蠕变时Laves相的析出和熟化行为进行了研究。结果表明:T92钢中Laves相的溶解温度为710.5℃,所以其在730-800℃回火后的供货态中不合Laves相;但在650℃蠕变和时效30h后钢中均析出了Laves相;Laves相易于依附于M23C。形核是由于钨、硅在M23C6周围的富集;在蠕变过程中Laves相的熟化速率约为19.6nm3/s,与时效过程对比发现,应力会促进Laves相的熟化过程。

The precipitation and coarsening behavior of Laves phase in T92 steels under the conditions of 650℃ and 120 MPa had been studied by using transmission electron microscopy and the simulation software of JMatPro. The results show that the solution temperature of Laves phases in T92 steels was 710. 5℃, so there was no Laves phase exiting in the as-received condition after tempering between 730 and 800 ℃. The Laves phase precipitated when the steel crept at 650℃ and aged for 30 hours. The enrichment of tungsten and silicon around M23 C6 lead to Laves phase leech on to M23 C6 to nucleate easily. The coarsening rate of Laves phases in creep was about 19.6 nm3·s-1 , and it was found that the stress promoted the processes of coarsening of Laves phases by comparing with the aging process.
