本文使用压力敏感漆(PSP)技术,对具有多排离散冷却孔的某透平叶栅进行气膜冷却实验,研究了在变攻角来流条件下,不同吹风比时叶片表面的气膜冷却效率,吹风比控制在0.4、0.8、12和1.6。文中所使用的叶型具有大折转角、大展弦比等特点,当处于负攻角来流条件时,主流会在压力面产生分离区。实验结果表明,在分离泡内的射流会受到当地低速主流的影响,当地气膜有效度下降;而在分离泡下游,部分吹离的射流气流会随着主流再附于叶片表面。随着吹风比的增大,这种吹离再附着的现象愈发明显。

The experiments of coolant jets - separating bubbles on linear cascade were measured by PSP in the present paper. The effect of incidence was studied and blowing ratios were controlled at 0.4, 0.8, 1.2 and 1.6. The blade profile was highly loaded which lead to separation regions occurred on pressure side with negative incidence. As the result, Relative poor film cooling effectiveness was obtained for film holes location inside the separating bubble due to the lift off of coolant jets while main flow reattachment can bring some lift-off coolant jets back to the surface leading to the raise of cooling effectiveness after reattachment zone for high blowing ratios.
