直接由电化学原理导出的电化学模型,以及给出的初始渣钢界面氧位计算方法,可用以定量描述%S~τ曲线。计算与实测吻合。脱硫过程中渣钢界面上硫的分配常数L_S~*和渣钢本体内硫的分配指数L′_S随界面氧位的下降而不断变化,其规律截然不同:L_S~*~τ曲线属抛物线类型,而L′_S~τ曲线属双曲线类型。与此相应,计算及实测都指出,驱动力参数随时间而变化的曲线呈现一驼峰。

An electrochemical model, directly deduced from the principle of elec-trochemistry, together with the calculational method for initial oxygen potentialalong the metal-slag interface may be available to quantitatively describe the plotof %S vs time. It was found that during desulphurization both the distribution con-stant of S along metal-slag interface, L_S~*, and distribation index inside the bulk,L'_S, vary with the descending of oxygen potential along metal-slag interface. Butthe plot of L_S~* vs time is quite different from L'_S vs time, being of parabola or hy-perhola type respectively. The variation of the driving force parameter vs time,obtained either calculated or experimental, plotted as a camel hump.
