基于能量方法,采用量纲分析法和Ⅱ定理,分别推导了压痕功、压痕硬度与压痕参数和材料特性之间的无量纲函数;通过有限元仿真分析,建立了无量纲压痕硬度和压痕功之间的线性关系;根据卸载斜率和接触面积之间的线性关系,建立了压痕硬度和弹性模量的解析模型,再结合压痕的载荷-位移曲线,就可以计算得到材料的弹性模量和压痕硬度.结果表明:此方法能比较快速准确地计算出弹性模量和压痕硬度.
