介绍了通过测量暂态地电压来检测10 kV高压开关柜内部局部放电的基本原理及目前常用的检测仪器,分析了应用中存在的主要问题,并提出了改进方法。依据改进方法组建了便携式检测系统,包括双通道探头、高速采集卡及上位机处理软件等,实现了地电波波形的采集、显示、波形分析及信号时间差的确定。应用该系统进行局部放电源的定位,验证了该改进方法的有效性。

The principle of partial discharge of 10 kV Switchgear detected by transient earth voltage (TEV) method and common instruments were introduced, and some existing problems in application were analyzed, and an improved technique was proposed. A portable detection system including two-channel probes, data acquisition card and PC software, was established according to the improved method, which can realize the collection, display and analysis of the TEV waveform and the determination of time differ-ence of signal. It is proved that the improved detection system is effective to locate the partial discharge source.
