    研究了热处理工艺对22Cr双相不锈钢显微组织及耐点蚀性能的影响.结果表明:析出相的存在明显降低钢的耐点蚀性能.950固溶处理后,材料的临界点蚀温度(CPT)由原始状态的39下降到23;在850时效处理,材料的临界点蚀温度(CPT) 1050固溶处理后的46下降到23;随着时效时间的延长,材料的腐蚀速率急剧增加,钝化膜的稳定性下降,材料的耐蚀性能下降.在此基础上,分析了点蚀的产生机理和发展趋势.

    The effect of heat treatment processes on microstructure and pitting corrosion resistance of 22Cr duplex stainless steel was studied.The results clearly showed that the intermetallic precipitates could decrease remarkably the pitting corrosion resistance of the steel being heat treated.After solution treatment at 950,the CPT(Critical Pitting Temperature)of the steel was declined from 39 for the steel as received(i.e.rolled and annealed)to 23.After aging at 850,the CPT of the steel was decreased from 46 for the steel solution-treated at 1050 to 23.With increasing of the aging time,the pitting corrosion rate of steel dramatically increased,the stability of the passivation film tended to become worse,and the pitting corrosion resistance decreased.Finally,the evolution tendency and mechanism of the pitting corrosion were also analyzed in this paper.
