汉宁窗采样快速傅立叶变换比值算法,可用于带钢厚度偏差的诊断,也可用于板带材的轧辊偏心控制补偿。它在非整周期截断情况下能有效地降低由泄漏效应和栅栏效应产生的估算误差。与直接FFT和一般的FFT改进算法相比,具有算法公式简单明了,算法精度高,收敛速度快的特点。通过数字仿真和某中厚板厂的现场数据分析,证明了这种算法的准确性、优越性。

A novel modified FFT algorithm sampled with Hanningwindow is presented, which can be used for the thickness deviation diagnosis of strip and roll eccentricity compensation. It can effectively reduce the estimated error caused by the leakage of FFT and is more accurate than FFT and common modified FFT algorithm. The simulation and experiment results show that this algorithm is very accurate and better for roll eccentricity analysis and compensation.
