利用电化学交流阻抗(EIS)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM), 对集导静电、阻燃、耐油、防腐蚀等功能于一体的新型油罐涂料(E1)和其涂装工艺改进型高 固体份涂料(E2)的防腐蚀性能进行了分析和比较.结果发现,E1涂料的防腐蚀性能明显好于 E2.E2涂层中存在的孔隙是导致其防腐蚀性能恶化的主要因素.

By using the technique of electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS),the anti-corrosion performance of two new type epoxy coatings designed for oiltank,E1 and E2 (which has better painting property than E1),has been studied.Both of them have multiple functions,such as static electricity con ductive,flame retardant,oil resisting and anti-corrosion properties.The experime nt results showed that E1 coating had better performance than E2 in corrosion pr otection.In E2 coating,a lot of micro-pores could be observed through scanning e lectron microscope (SEM),which were considered as the main factor leading to its bad anti-corrosion performance.
