通过热重分析,研究了高温下Zn引发剂以金属和氧化物两种形式的引入对Al-Si合金直接氧化生长过程的影响.结果表明:当合金中Zn含量超过3%(质量分数)时,能生成Al2 O3/Al复合材料,且随着Zn含量的增加,孕育期随之缩短,复合材料的生成量也随之增加;ZnO粉末覆盖量的最佳值为31 mg/cm2,超过此值时,孕育期会随之延长,复合材料的生成量也随之减少.同时还发现,覆盖ZnO粉末比添加Zn金属具有显著优势,更有助于Al2 O3/Al复合材料以光滑方式氧化生长,形成细化胞状晶团,提高组织的均匀性和致密度.
