油轮坞修海管停运期间,采用海水进行封存,海水对海管会造成腐蚀,影响海管解封后的使用。通过模拟海管的工作环境,采用失重法对海水封存期间选用的缓蚀剂进行筛选,确定最佳缓蚀剂及最佳加注浓度。结果表明,封存介质为海水时,HYH-28缓蚀剂效果最好,从缓蚀性和经济性考虑,HYH-28的最佳加注浓度为40 mg·L-1。

During the docking repair, sea-pipelines connected to the FPSO (floating production storage and offloading)will offstream and use seawater to seal up for safekeeping.Seawater will make sea-pipeline corrosion and affect the normal use after unlocking.By stimulating the environment of sea-pipeline,using polarization resistance method and weight-loss method,the kind of inhibitor to be used was screened.the suitable inhibitor and the best concentration of filling during the offstream were studied.The results show that the effect of inhibitor HYH-28 is the best when storage medium was sea water.From the corrosion resistance and economy,the best concentration of filling of the HYH-28 was 40 mg·L-1 .
