简要回顾了轧机振动研究的发展历程,归纳了轧机上出现的各种振动形式,如轧辊的垂直振动(三倍频振动、五倍频振动),主传动系统的扭转振动等,总结了导致轧机振动的原因及其影响因素,分别讨论了国内外学者对于轧机振动两类振动形式的研究方法与研究成果,重点阐述了轧机结构系统和振动系统的数学模型,并对相关的控制方法进行论述,分析目前研究中存在的问题和难点,并进一步提出未来研究的重点与方向.

The progress in research and development of chatter in cold rolling process is briefly reviewed. The two kinds of vibration-vertical vibration (third-octave-mode chatter, fifth-octave-mode chatter) and torsional vibration are given. The reason for chatter and its main influencing factors are summarized. Research methods and achievements obtained in this domain of the two types of chatter have been illustrated. The mathematical model of rolling mill structure and correlative vibration model control measures is mainly analyzed. The direction of further investigation is given on the basis of analyzing the disadvantage and weakness of current research.
