基于一种规模化制备纳米纤维的单喷头喷气静电纺丝单元,设计了一种双喷头静电纺丝装置.研究了4种不同喷头间距时的电场分布,纳米纤维毡的产量和面积,以及纳米纤维的微观形貌.研究发现,纳米纤维平均直径为447.62 nm,纤维的平均不匀度为19.25%.当喷头间距为2 cm和4 cm时,可以得到连续并且厚度均匀的纳米纤维毡.当喷头间距超过5.5cm时,单个喷头得到的纳米纤维毡开始分离.随着喷头间距的增加,纳米纤维毡的产量和面积增加,纳米纤维的平均直径从515.97nm下降到439.27nm,纤维的平均不匀度从21.15%下降到16.85%.
