采用静电纺丝制备了载药量为20%的多层结构醋酸纤维素/聚乳酸(CA/PLA)载药纳米纤维膜、载药量分别为10%、20%、30%的单层结构CA载药纳米纤维膜,研究了药物姜黄素(CM)与CA间的相互作用,测试了载药膜的释药性能并探讨了其释药动力学模型.结果表明:纤维可纺性良好;傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)测试表明CM与CA为纯物理混合;释药性能测试发现,载药量大的纳米纤维释药速率更大,240 h内,单层结构载药膜的累积释药率分别为50.6%、58.8%、68.8%;随着PLA层厚度的增加,释药速率减小,240 h内,多层结构载药膜的累积释药率分别为55.9%、53.1%、50.8%;可通过改变PLA层厚度控释药物.动力学模型拟合结果显示CM在CA中的释放主要以扩散机制为主,其释放规律更符合Ritger-Peppas释放模型.
