以具有不同冷却水槽的连铸结晶器铜板为研究对象,运用有限元软件ABAQUS对不同拉速下连铸结晶器稳态温度分布及热变形场进行了分析.计算结果表明:结晶器铜板冷却水槽结构的合理设计可有效降低其最高温度并改善温度和热变形分布,从而提高生产率、产品质量和结晶器寿命,亦可为结晶器铜板水槽结构的优化提供理论依据.
