以十八烷基三甲氧基硅烷为模板剂,在室温下制备了核壳结构Fe3O4介孔纳米硅球.颗粒拥有良好的均一性,粒径约为100 nm.采用液氮吸脱附分析得到其BET比表面积为1001 m2/g,BJH孔容为0.994 cm3/g.每个纳米微球中有且仅有一个直径约为20 nm的Fe3O4铁磁核.采用PPMS-9分析仪测得其拥有顺磁性且磁饱和值约为14.5 emu/g.这种磁性介孔纳米颗粒对阿司匹林的载药量能够达到34%(质量分数),在药物缓释方面拥有良好的前景.
