通过自制不同质量分数的纳米SiO2/硅橡胶,分析了SiO2纳米颗粒对硅橡胶中电树枝的抑制作用。结果表明:随着纳米颗粒含量的增加,相同时间内电树枝的累积起始概率明显呈下降趋势,树枝通道宽度明显减小。在纳米颗粒含量在0~3%范围内,树枝通道的数目随着纳米颗粒含量的增加而增加,电树枝的生长速度变慢,电树枝累积击穿概率下降。

A nano-SiO2/silicone rubber with different content of SiO2 nanoparticle was prepared, and the in-hibition effect of SiO2 nanoparticle on the electrical tree in the silicon rubber was analyzed. The results show that with the increase of nanoparticle content, the cumulative initial probability within the same time decreases obviously, and the width of branch channel reduces obviously. In the range of 0 to 3%, the number of branch channel increases with the increase of nanoparticle content, the growth rate of elec-trical tree becomes slower, and the cumulative breakdown probability decreases.
