采用无针喷头熔体静电纺丝装置制备取向纤维,以ANSYS电场模拟为指导,探究了纺丝距离、辊筒转速及电场强度等工艺条件对纤维结构的影响.当纺丝距离为20 mm时,其电场强度相对最大,但其纤维直径却较50mm,80 mm粗.确定出本实验熔体电纺制备PP取向纤维的最佳距离为50~100 mm,并明确了接收辊筒转速对纤维取向度及纤维直径有显著的改善作用.通过扫描电镜、X射线衍射、差示扫描量热仪及拉伸试验对熔体电纺纤维进行性能表征,取向纤维膜孔径比随机纤维小得多,有利于提高过滤效率及制备超疏水纤维,热压后纤维结晶性变好,且致密性及力学性能均有所提高.
